The Family Blog
Here at the Profound Bartender, blogging with my brother is a lot of fun. It takes a certain conceit to put yourself out there and write, well, anything!
Anyone who comes along might find an entertaining read, one hopes. And, happily, take it at face value; let the words represent themselves.
However, we do have family and friends. They have a very specific job to do as family and friends. Especially when we get a bit pretentious and lofty in our ideals: take us down a peg.
Imagine if the writers of the past had a Comment System.
“Then it don’t matter. I’ll be all around in the dark – I’ll be everywhere. Wherever you can look – wherever there’s a fight, so hungry people can eat, I’ll be there. Wherever there’s a cop beatin’ up a guy, I’ll be there.”
Unless you need him to take out the garbage.

Early to bed is right, skipped out on the bar tab again!

Oh, the zingers from our families and friends! I love them.
It is their job.
